You can choose to have the blades you have sent us returned using Royal Mail, by our local delivery van* or you can collect them in person. Just choose which in the dropdown box at the end of your order.

Please note that some bulky items are unsuitable for you to post and for us to return. They are labelled "IN PERSON only", so please DO NOT send them to us. Such items can be sharpened on delivery and collection from our workshop.

• Royal Mail: Available nationwide.

• Local (Coll / Dlvry): We collect and/or deliver subject to a minimum order of £30 and within selected postcodes. We'll arrange the details with you.

• In Person: Please call in to our Wymondham workshop with your blades between 8.30am and 12.30pm, or by prior arrangement.

Terms of our FREE Local Collect & Return Service We will collect and return your sharpened blades for free if:

• Your order value is over £30, AND

• Your return address is within a 10-mile radius of Wymondham (NR18 9BB)

Generally this includes Wymondham, Hethersett, Attleborough, Mulbarton, parts of Norwich and nearby villages. Postcodes including NR4, NR5, NR9, NR14, NR15, NR17, NR18 are covered.

If you're unsure whether you're within range, please contact us and we’ll confirm our arrangements.

Outside of this area and postcodes, please use our excellent nationwide Postal Service.

We sharpen a wide range of blades including kitchen knife sharpening, scissor sharpening, garden tool sharpening, clipper blade sharpening (for dog and horse clippers), grooming shears, and even dental instruments. If you're unsure whether your item can be sharpened, just get in touch – we’re always happy to help.

Most items are turned around within 2–3 working days once received. If you need fast knife sharpening or express clipper blade sharpening, let us know – we’ll do our best to prioritise urgent jobs.

Orders for multiple items will be returned together, so may take a little longer to complete depending on quantity and service requested.

We accept postal sharpening requests across the UK for most items, however those marked IN PERSON only are too bulky to be shipped or returned by Royal Mail.

Please make sure the blades are clean, dry, and securely wrapped.
