Cover edges & tips: folded cardboard, blade guards, or plastic sleeves.
Cushion each item: bubble wrap or similar padding.
Use a strong outer: rigid box or padded envelope.
Prevent movement: pack snugly so items can’t shift or pierce packaging.

There may be a tiny variance if you check the edge with an engineer’s square, but it won’t affect general carpentry in any meaningful way. Any deviation is minimal and won’t impact practical use.
